We've developed a new suite of services to help you every step of the way. Our approach includes:

1. CARE + SAFETY

As part of the Hyatt Global Care and Cleanliness Commitment, all hotels in Asia Pacific have received GBAC STAR accreditation, a performance-based cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention programme, and have at least one trained Hygiene & Wellbeing Leader to ensure adherence to new operational guidance and protocols.

2. CARE + WELLBEING

The creative event teams at Hyatt can coordinate unique wellbeing experiences to break the ice or energise guests. Meanwhile, our culinary team will ensure guests are fueled with meals and snacks that are as delicious as they are healthy. Wellness packages can be delivered to virtual guests to ensure everyone can experience our award-winning hospitality.

3. CARE + TECHNOLOGY

Supported by technical specialists on-site, the latest live-streaming broadcast technology allows groups to meet at Hyatt hotels throughout Asia Pacific or dial-in remotely, creating an immersive and highly engaging conference atmosphere.

Flexible Packages

Our cost-effective wellness-inspired Hybrid Events can flex and adapt according to participant needs in different locations with varying gathering restrictions. Choose from four Hybrid Events packages to suit your needs:

Optional extras are subject to additional cost. These include, but are not limited to, additional technician support, monitors, cameras, screens, presenter requirements, interactive and live-streaming platforms, translation services and virtual delegate boxes.

Creative Food and Drink to Refuel

Hyatt hotels will create delicious, healthy meals, snacks and beverages to complement any event theme, using the freshest and finest local, seasonal ingredients, organic wherever possible.

Wellness packages can be delivered to remote attendees to ensure connection and commonality of experience between all participants.

Additional room rental may apply depending on the venue and the number of attendees.

Unique Experiences to Energize

Emotional and mental wellbeing is at the heart of Together by Hyatt events and we offer a variety of curated holistic experiences designed to break the ice and invigorate guests should energy levels dip. Available for both in-person and virtual attendees, we believe these activities are vital to ensure guests remain energized and engaged.

From gong sound baths to percussion therapy to gloved group rhythm, our wellbeing experiences break the barriers of distance and help attendees connect at a deeper level.

Offer only valid for contracted new bookings of qualifying meetings and events, booked and held by December 31, 2022 at participating Hyatt hotels and resorts in Asia Pacific.
Must reference TOGETHER BY HYATT prior to booking to qualify, and offer must be referenced in each meeting contract.
Offer available for residential and non-residential meetings.
All prices in USD are subject to the exchange rate at time of contracting.
Individual contract required with each hotel hosting a meeting due to country legislations and hotel contractual clauses will apply.
Centralized billing available at but not mandated by all Hyatt hotels.
Offer, function space and guestrooms subject to availability.
